With more than 33 years of experience in the butchery field including 22 years as a meat manager, Denis Leclerc has developed expertise in meat cutting and meat department management with his many years of experience. in supermarkets and butchers.

After all these years as a butcher and meat manager, setting up his own butcher shop seemed like the logical continuation of all these experiences to put his expertise to good use. Being a native of Vallée-Jonction, Denis Leclerc has a particular attachment to this municipality where he grew up.

Beatrice Bayardelle

Béatrice Bayardelle has 11 years of experience in a manufacturing company in transport logistics, production scheduling, stock purchasing, and 10 years as a civil servant in different ministries. His different work experiences will be useful to take care of administrative and financial operations.

Béatrice is a native of Montreal and moved to Beauce in 2000 with her partner Denis, who became her husband in 2006. They settled in Vallée-Jonction where they lived from 2000 to 2004.
